At Trend Bazar, we are committed to delivering your curated lifestyle products safely, quickly, and with care. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order. By purchasing from www.mytrendbazar.com, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Trend Bazar currently ships to all cities and towns across Pakistan, including major cities such as Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, Hyderabad, Sialkot, and beyond.
We ship to both residential and commercial addresses. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your area, please contact us before placing your order.
International shipping is not available at this time. We are working on expanding our delivery reach — stay tuned for updates.

Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after 3:00 PM PKT will be processed the following business day. Delivery estimates begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order placement.

Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order total and delivery address. Free shipping applies to standard delivery only and cannot be combined with express shipping upgrades.
Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, our team will process and pack your items within 1–2 business days. You will receive an order confirmation via WhatsApp and/or email, followed by a dispatch notification with your tracking details once your parcel is handed to the courier.
We work with trusted and reliable courier services to ensure your orders are delivered safely and on time. Our current courier partners include:

Trend Bazar reserves the right to select the most appropriate courier based on your location and order type. We cannot guarantee a specific courier service upon request.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or email. You can use this number to track your parcel directly on the courier's website or app.
If you have not received your tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us immediately at info@mytrendbazar.com or WhatsApp +92 312 6737649.
Trend Bazar offers Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. COD orders may take 1 additional business day for processing and verification. Our team may call or WhatsApp you to confirm your COD order before dispatch.
COD is subject to availability in your area. For orders above Rs. 8,000, advance payment or a partial deposit may be required for COD orders. This is to protect both parties from failed deliveries.
If a delivery attempt fails because the customer was unavailable or the address was incorrect, the courier will attempt delivery up to 2 additional times. After 3 failed attempts, the parcel will be returned to Trend Bazar.
In the case of a returned parcel due to customer unavailability or incorrect address provided at checkout, a re-delivery fee will apply. Trend Bazar is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Please double-check your address, contact number, and city at checkout before confirming your order.
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please:
1. Take clear photos/videos of the damaged packaging and product immediately upon delivery.
2. Do not discard the packaging.
3. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp at +92 312 6737649 with your order number and photos.
If your parcel is lost in transit, please contact us after the estimated delivery window has passed. We will file a claim with the courier and either resend your order or issue a full refund, depending on the situation.
Damage claims reported after 24 hours of delivery may not be accepted. We strongly recommend inspecting your parcel before signing for it.
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery dates, Trend Bazar cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
· Courier service disruptions · Public holidays · Severe weather conditions · Political unrest or curfews · Natural disasters · High-volume sale periods (Eid, 11.11, etc.)
We will proactively communicate any significant delays via WhatsApp or email.
